Da diese Frage immer wieder in verschiedenen Foren auftaucht, habe ich letztes Jahr
DIE Führerscheinreferentin (Anfragen direkt an das Ministerium werden auch an sie weitergeleitet) in Rijeka gefragt und folgende Antwort erhalten:
