Turn over happened when prosecutor himself decided after re-hearing of all Prosecution witnesses that he rejects indictment. Prosecutor has proposed a release of Croatian seafarer who was under accusation of smuggling 52 kilograms of cocaine detained in Greek prisons for 16 months."
