Die Pumpe war zu mindest bei mir ein Klumpert ....zwei davon gehabt und beide nach einiger Zeit Sprünge im roten Plastik....

Winde -> Goliath 1600
Hi!
Windenstandumbau, nachdem der Gurt der alten Winde gerissen ist und auch keine automatische Bremse hatte, habe ich eine Goliath 1600 gekauft, klar das die Befestigungslöcher nicht paßten und durch die längere Kurbel sowieso züruck gesetzt werde musste. Etwas verbogen war die Halterung auch, also meinem Freund gebeten, eine dickere Edelstahlplatte oben anzubraten und zur Verstärkung eine Knotenblech einzusetzen. Gestern ihm gebracht, heute schon fertig und geholt. Sag hast du Zinkspray verwendet? Die Radlager beim WW hab ich auch erst getauscht. Was hast du Drehmoment bei der Bremstrommel? Mein Drehmomentschlüssel hatte es nicht geschafft ? Hab nach Gefühl mit Verlängerung angezogen. Man hat nur einen Versuch dann kann man eine neue Mutter kaufen ....hab ich gelernt ! |

Lenkrad beschichten
Hi!
Wieder mal was gemacht. Nachdem das Lenkrad eher nicht mehr so weiss war, habe ich in div. Foren gelesen, dass man Sitzbezüge oder auch Kunstleder beschichten kann, dazu habe ich Folitec in der Farbe weiss bezogen. Bremsen- und Radlagertausch

Weihnachten beim Frankreichurlaub ging die Bremse des Anhängers über den Jordan. Gut, dass es einen Bolzen gibt der die Auflaufvorrichtung blockiert, sonst wäre die Bremstrommel ev. zerstört worden. Das Anbremsen in einen Kreisverkehr ohne Bremse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Bei einem Zugfahrzeug mit 3500 kg sind ein Trailer mit 1500 kg ca. 40 Prozent, mit einem PKW möchte ich dies eher nicht machen. Durch Zufall sah ich, dass es nun eine selbstnachstellende Trailerbremse von ALKO gibt, die musste natürlich sofort her, war nicht ganz so einfach, die Richtige zu bekommen und auch gleich neue Radlager, geht aber mit der ET-Nummer am Typenschild der Achse. Damit es ein wenig kompliziert wird, wollte ich auch das ALKO-Brensspülsystem mit bestellen, ist jedoch nicht lieferbar für die AAA-Bremse von Alko.
