Welches Öl für Yamaha F40 BE

Hallo zusammen,
wo kann ich nachlesen welches Motoröl ich für o.g. Außenborder benötige?
Kann ich irgendwo die Füllmenge erfahren, oder muss ich mich an den Messstab halten?

also kein spezielles "AB-Mototöl"? Ganz "normales Kfz-Öl tut`s also auch?
