hallo
ich würde getriebeöl wechseln,motor in eine wassertonne und erstmal versuchen zu starten.
impeller kann man dann immernoch wechseln.
ich hatte ein 40 ps yamaha,der stand 18 jahre,frisches benzin und los gings.
